A single Taco Bell item can cost under $2 or more than $30, depending on whether you order a Cheesy Roll Up or a 12-taco pack. This guide lays out the current taco bell menu prices as delivery-app "from" prices, sorted by category, with calories next to every item. If you would rather start from the beginning, browse every menu category and come back here when you want to compare costs.

Why Taco Bell Cost Changes by Location and Delivery
Prices for Taco Bell menu items are not national flat rates. Most Taco Bell restaurants are run by franchisees, and each operator sets prices to cover local rent, wages and supplier costs. A crunchy taco in a small town can cost a different amount than the same taco in a big city, and neither is a mistake.
Four things stack up on any order.
- Franchise pricing: the operator picks the base price for each item.
- Sales tax: state and local rates apply and are added at checkout. Taco Bell's own value page says "tax extra."
- Delivery markup: apps usually list items above the counter price, then add delivery and service fees on top.
- Size and combo choices: a large drink, an extra side or a Supreme upgrade raises the total.
Taco Bell also states that value pricing applies at participating U.S. locations and that prices, hours and participation vary, which is a plain reminder that no single number is universal.
There is no honest way to quote a state-by-state average from a delivery menu, so this page does not try. What you can do is compare two stores in the app. Open your nearest restaurant, add a Crunchwrap Supreme to the cart, then switch to a second location and look again. The difference between the two stores tells you more than any national figure would, and it takes about a minute.
Order channel matters as much as place. The same restaurant can show one price at the counter, another in its own app and a third on a delivery marketplace, because each channel sets its own markup and fee schedule. When a price looks too high, check which channel you are in before blaming the restaurant.
A delivery "from" price is the app's starting figure for an item with nothing added. It already includes the app's markup, which is why it often lands above the same item at the counter. It leaves out tax and fees.
The Luxe Value Menu shows the effect clearly. Taco Bell's official page says every Luxe Value item is $3 or less, with individual items ranging from $1.39 to $2.99. On the delivery app, the cheapest value item, the Cheesy Roll Up, starts at $1.82, and five of the eight Luxe Value items list above $2.99. The Crunchy Taco, which is not on the value menu, starts at $2.67.
Do not read that as a mistake. It is the difference between a restaurant price and a delivery price, and it is why comparing one channel to the other gives confusing answers. If you are close to a restaurant, check the price in the Taco Bell app for pickup before you decide.
Several choices change what one item costs, and a few of them are easy to control.
- Supreme upgrade: a Crunchy Taco is $2.67+, and the Crunchy Taco Supreme is $3.65+, so adding tomatoes and sour cream costs about a dollar.
- Protein swap: beans in place of beef usually lower the total, and some items already come with beans, such as the Bean Burrito at $3.40+.
- Doritos Locos shell: a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco is $3.65+, and the Supreme version is $4.87+.
- Large size: Large Nacho Fries are $4.87+, against $3.65+ for the regular order.
- Extras: guacamole, extra cheese and sauce packets add cost. A sauce packet such as Avocado Verde Salsa lists at $0.61+.
- Combo drink: the large fountain drink in a combo is part of the bundle price, and it is the main reason combos are not cheaper than their parts.
The plus sign hides most of this, since it only tells you options exist.

Two patterns stand out. Individual tacos and sides sit at the bottom, while bowls and combos sit at the top because they bundle several things. Calories rise with price, but not evenly, which the value section below measures.
It also helps to think in three price tiers. Under about $4 you are buying a single small item: a taco, a roll up, a side or a dessert. From about $6 to $9 you are buying a handheld that can be a meal on its own, such as a burrito, a quesadilla, a Crunchwrap or a Mexican Pizza. Above $10 you are buying a bundle or a bowl, and the question becomes how many people it feeds. Placing an item in its tier before you look at the exact number keeps a budget realistic.
Each category has its own page with every item, including all taco prices, the burrito lineup and a calories for every item reference.
Taco Bell Full Menu and Prices by Category
Below are the full taco bell menu prices, grouped the way the restaurant groups its food. Each card works as a taco bell menu with pictures and prices, showing a photo, the delivery from-price and the calories. Each group starts with a short note on what drives the price inside it.
Taco Prices: Crunchy, Soft, Supreme and Doritos Locos
Tacos are the cheapest way to build a meal, and the plain Crunchy Taco and Soft Taco both start at $2.67+. The Supreme versions cost $3.65+ because they add tomatoes and sour cream. The Doritos Locos shell is another step up, with the Supreme version at $4.87+, the highest of any single taco.
Calories barely move across the group, from 170 for the plain crunchy to 200 for the Soft Taco Supreme. That makes the Supreme upgrade a cost question more than a calorie question. See all taco prices for the whole category.
Burrito Prices: Bean, Beefy 5-Layer, Supreme and Grilled Cheese
Burritos span the widest range in the handheld group, from $3.40+ for the Bean Burrito to $7.67+ for the Burrito Supreme and the Grilled Cheese Burrito. Price and calories do not line up neatly. The Burrito Supreme and Grilled Cheese Burrito cost the same, but the Grilled Cheese Burrito carries 690 calories against 390.
That makes the Bean Burrito the pick if you want 360 calories for the lowest outlay in the group, and the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito a middle step at $6.09+. The burrito lineup page covers each one.
Specialty Prices: Crunchwrap Supreme, Mexican Pizza and Chalupa
The specialties are the most expensive single items in the core menu, and the two best known, the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Mexican Pizza, are both $8.53+ at 530 calories. The meat-free versions cost a little less: the Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme is $7.80+, the Veggie Mexican Pizza is $8.04+ and the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme is $7.06+.
The Chalupa has the fewest calories at 340, which is why it works as a lighter specialty. For details, see the Crunchwrap Supreme details, the Mexican Pizza breakdown and the Chalupa Supreme options.
Quesadilla, Nachos and Bowl Prices
Quesadillas start at $7.31+ for the Cheese Quesadilla and reach $8.53+ for the Chicken and Steak versions. Nachos run from $3.16+ for Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip to $9.63+ for Nachos BellGrande, which is the biggest plate on the menu at 730 calories. Bowls both start at $10.97+, the highest entry price of any single item here.
Bowls are the poor value of this group. A Veggie Bowl at 510 calories costs more than a Chicken Quesadilla at 490. See the quesadilla options, nachos and bowls pages.
Meat-free eating here is cheaper than the rest of the menu. The Cheesy Roll Up is $1.82+ and the Spicy Potato Soft Taco is $1.94+, while the Bean Burrito, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and Cheese Quesadilla sit between $3.28+ and $7.31+. The Veggie Bowl is the exception at $10.97+.
Taco Bell marks the Cheesy Roll Up and Cheese Quesadilla as lacto-ovo, which allows dairy and egg, and says preparation may cross contact with meat. Check the full list of vegetarian items before ordering.
Drinks are priced by type more than by size on the app. The Baja Blast dirty soda and Pretty Pink Baja Blast start at $3.89+, the Freezes run from $4.75+ to $4.99+, and the medium Energy drinks are $6.09+ at only 50 calories. The dirty soda carries 460 calories against 310 for the Pretty Pink, so sugar, not price, sets the calorie count.
Fountain drink size changes the price too, and it is why a combo's large drink matters. See the drinks and Freezes page.
Sides, Sweets and Breakfast Prices
Sides are the easiest place to add cheap calories. Nacho Fries are $3.65+ at 350 calories, Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce is $3.65+ at 220, and Chips and Guacamole is $4.01+. Cinnamon Twists are the lowest-priced sweet at $2.31+.
Breakfast has its own ladder. The Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burritos start at $2.18+, the Breakfast Quesadillas at $5.11+ and the Grande burritos at $5.72+. Breakfast items tend to be cheaper at the low end but not across the board, so the breakfast menu does not cost less overall. Breakfast hours are covered on the breakfast menu items and hours page, and sides and desserts have their own lists.
Taco Bell Value Menu Price and the Cheapest Items by Calorie
On the Taco Bell price menu, the Luxe Value lineup is where the lowest numbers live. Taco Bell says its Luxe Value items are priced at $3 or less at participating U.S. locations, which people search for as the Taco Bell $3 menu with prices. On delivery, three of the eight items stay under $3 and five do not.
The wording matters here. "Participating" means not every restaurant carries the full value lineup, and "or less" means the top of the range is $3, not that every item costs $3. Items in the official range start at $1.39. Check that your store lists the items you want before you plan a meal around them.
Because delivery lists higher than the counter, the table ranks the items by something that holds across both: how much food you get per dollar. The list below uses delivery prices and the calorie figure from each listing.
Taco Bell value menu with prices, ranked by cost per 100 calories
Taco Bell Value Menu Price and the Cheapest Items by Calorie
| Item | Delivery from-price | Calories | Cost per 100 calories |
|---|
| Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito | $2.43+ | 400 | about $0.61 |
| Beefy Potato Loaded Griller | $3.53+ | 480 | about $0.74 |
| Cheesy Double Beef Burrito | $4.26+ | 560 | about $0.76 |
| Spicy Potato Soft Taco | $1.94+ | 240 | about $0.81 |
| 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt | $3.16+ | 320 | about $0.99 |
| Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker | $3.65+ | 350 | about $1.04 |
| Cheesy Roll Up | $1.82+ | 170 | about $1.07 |
| Mini Taco Salad | $3.53+ | 280 | about $1.26 |
The Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito is the clear winner. Beans and rice are cheap ingredients, and the item also has the second-lowest price in the group. The Mini Taco Salad costs the most per calorie, but at 280 calories it is a snack-size pick. Get the Luxe Value Menu items and calories on its own page.
Cost per 100 Calories: Which Items Give the Most Food for the Money
The method is simple. Take the delivery from-price, divide by the calories and multiply by 100. A lower number means more calories for each dollar. Delivery markup skews the exact figures, but the ranking between items is more stable than the dollar amounts.
Beyond the value menu, the Bean Burrito comes in at about $0.94 per 100 calories, and Large Nacho Fries at about $0.97. At the other end, the Burrito Supreme runs near $1.97, the Black Bean Chalupa Supreme near $2.08 and the Veggie Bowl near $2.15, the highest of any item checked. The Crunchwrap Supreme and the Mexican Pizza both land near $1.61.
Calories per dollar is not a measure of nutrition. A cheap, dense item is good for a tight budget and a poor guide to a balanced meal. Use it to compare, not to decide.
Taco Bell Combo, Box and Party Pack Prices
Bundles change the math. A combo adds a large fountain drink and usually a taco, a box adds several items in one carton, and a pack adds enough pieces to feed a group. The question is whether the bundle beats buying the parts, and the answer depends on the bundle.
Combos are close to break-even. The Crunchwrap Supreme Combo is $13.41+ and includes the Crunchwrap Supreme, a Crunchy Taco and a large fountain drink. Bought separately, the Crunchwrap ($8.53+) and Crunchy Taco ($2.67+) come to $11.20, so the drink costs about $2.21 inside the combo. The Mexican Pizza Combo, at $16.46+, includes the pizza and two Crunchy Taco Supremes plus a drink. Those parts alone come to $15.83, so the combo adds a drink for about $0.63. The Chicken Quesadilla Combo behaves like the Crunchwrap one.
Shared meals are where bundles save the most. The Meal for 2 is $15.86+ on delivery, and buying the same eight items one by one would be about $36.50. The Meal for 4 at $30.50+ replaces roughly $52.10 of separate items, and the Veggie Meal for 2 at $19.52+ replaces about $32.60. The savings come from the way these meals are built, and the delivery listing is the fairest place to see them.
See Cravings Box, Luxe Box and combo contents for combo lists, and party packs and catering options for large orders.
Boxes bundle a main, a side and a drink in one carton. The Discovery Luxe Box is listed at $12.19+ and holds two Gordita Crunch Duos, a Crunchy Taco, a Doritos Locos Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a medium drink, at 890 to 1,180 calories depending on the drink. Taco Bell rotates its boxes, and the names and price points change, so check the app for the current lineup.
Compare a box to the pieces before you buy. A box is cheaper when it includes a side or a dessert you would have bought anyway. It is more expensive when it holds items you would skip, and that is easy to miss when the tray looks full. Count what you will eat.
Taco Bell does not publish a formal catering price list. Group orders run through party packs, and the delivery prices tell you a lot about each. The Taco Party Pack and Soft Taco Party Pack start at $28.05+ for 12 tacos, which is about $2.34 per taco. The Variety Taco Party Pack starts at $32.93+, and the Supreme versions start at $36.59+, about $3.05 per taco.
The Meal for 2 is about $7.93 per person and the Meal for 4 about $7.63 per person. A full comparison with contents and serving advice is on the party packs and catering options page.
What a Full Meal Costs for One, Two or a Family
Single prices are hard to picture until you add them up. These worked totals use delivery from-prices and the calorie figures from the listings, so they are estimates before tax, fees and drinks unless stated.
What a Full Meal Costs for One, Two or a Family
| Meal | What is in it | Delivery total | Calories |
|---|
| Budget solo meal | Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Roll Up | about $6.19 | about 810 |
| Classic solo meal | Crunchwrap Supreme, Crunchy Taco, Nacho Fries | about $14.85 | about 1,050 |
| Solo combo | Crunchwrap Supreme Combo, with a large drink | $13.41+ | 700 to 1,120 |
| Meal for two | Meal for 2, plus two Baja Blast dirty sodas | about $23.64 | about 2,580 before drinks |
| Family of four | Meal for 4 alone | $30.50+ | about 3,200 |
| Family of four, bigger | Meal for 4 plus a Taco Party Pack | about $58.55 | about 5,240 |
The budget meal is the surprise. Three Luxe Value items cost less than a single Crunchwrap Supreme and still reach about 810 calories. The classic solo meal, built from separate items, costs more than the combo that includes a drink, which is a good reminder to check the combo before you build a meal by hand.
For two people, the Meal for 2 is the sensible default. Adding two dirty sodas brings it near $23.64, which is a modest total for two full meals and two drinks. For four, the Meal for 4 works out to about $7.63 per person, and the calories land near 800 each, so it suits a lighter dinner. If your group is hungrier, add a Taco Party Pack and the per-person count rises to roughly 1,310 calories at about $14.64 each.
Dessert is cheap to add. Four orders of Cinnamon Twists at $2.31+ each come to about $9.24, and they add 170 calories per person. That is a better finish than a second round of sides.
How to Keep Taco Bell Prices Down on Every Order
You can cut a bill by a few dollars with small choices. None of them depends on a coupon.
- Swap beef for beans. Bean-based items such as the Bean Burrito ($3.40+) and the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito ($2.43+) are the cheapest ways to get over 350 calories.
- Skip the upsized drink. A large drink is built into combos. If you have water at home, order the items and not the combo.
- Lean on Luxe Value items. The three cheapest on delivery are the Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco and Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito.
- Compare box and separate. The shared meals save the most, while combos are close to break-even.
- Pick pickup over delivery. It avoids the delivery markup and fees.
- Check the app. The Taco Bell app lists offers and Rewards, which change often. See current Taco Bell deals for what is on now.
Skipping the Supreme upgrade saves about a dollar per taco, and that adds up in a group order.
Taco Bell Pricing Questions Answered
How much does a Taco Bell combo cost?
On delivery, combos run from about $12.80 to $18.29, depending on the combo. The Crunchwrap Supreme Combo and Chicken Quesadilla Combo both start at $13.41. Taco Bell menu prices at the counter are usually lower, and they vary by restaurant, so treat the delivery figure as the upper end.
How much is a Crunchwrap Supreme?
A Crunchwrap Supreme starts at $8.53 on the delivery app, and it carries 530 calories. The Black Bean version is cheaper at $7.80. The Crunchwrap Supreme Combo, which adds a Crunchy Taco and a large drink, starts at $13.41. Counter prices are lower and differ by location.
What is the cheapest item on the Taco Bell menu?
Among regular food items, the Cheesy Roll Up at $1.82 on delivery is the cheapest, with the Spicy Potato Soft Taco at $1.94 close behind. Small add-ons are cheaper still, such as a sauce packet at $0.61 or Jalapeño Peppers at $0.49. Counter prices may be lower.
Why do prices differ between locations?
Most Taco Bell restaurants are franchised, and each operator sets prices to cover rent, wages and local taxes. A Taco Bell price in one city can differ from the next town over for those reasons. Delivery apps add their own markup on top, which widens the gap.
Are delivery prices the same as in-store prices at Taco Bell?
No. Delivery apps usually list items above the counter price and add service and delivery fees. The figures here are delivery from-prices, so they run higher than the same item at the window. For the lowest total, order pickup through the Taco Bell app and check the price there first.
Is a Taco Bell box cheaper than ordering the items separately?
Sometimes. A box wins when it includes a side or dessert you would buy anyway. Combos are near break-even, because the large drink is what you are paying for. Shared meals save the most: the Meal for 2 is about $15.86 against roughly $36.50 for its items bought one at a time.
Does Taco Bell still have a dollar menu?
The value lineup is now the Luxe Value Menu, and a Taco Bell dollar menu with prices as a fixed list no longer applies. Taco Bell describes Luxe Value items as $3 or less at participating U.S. locations, with prices from $1.39 to $2.99. Participation and prices vary by restaurant.
How much does a Taco Bell party pack or Taco Party Pack cost?
On delivery, a Taco Party Pack or Soft Taco Party Pack starts at $28.05 for 12 tacos. The Variety Taco Party Pack starts at $32.93, and the Supreme versions start at $36.59. Counter prices are usually lower and differ by restaurant. The Meal for 4 starts at $30.50.
How much does a Mexican Pizza cost at Taco Bell?
A Mexican Pizza starts at $8.53 on delivery with 530 calories, and the Veggie Mexican Pizza starts at $8.04 with 460 calories. The Mexican Pizza Combo, which adds two Crunchy Taco Supremes and a large drink, starts at $16.46. Restaurant prices vary by location.
How much does a full meal for two cost at Taco Bell?
The Meal for 2 starts at $15.86 on delivery and includes two Crunchwrap Supremes, two Bean Burritos, two Soft Tacos and two orders of chips with Nacho Cheese. That is about $7.93 per person before tax, fees and drinks. The Veggie Meal for 2 starts at $19.52.
Does Taco Bell have a senior menu or senior discount?
Taco Bell does not advertise a national senior menu or senior discount that I could confirm. Individual franchise locations may run their own, so it is worth asking at the counter. Your best savings are the Luxe Value items and the app's offers.
Do Taco Bell breakfast items cost less than lunch items?
Not across the board. The lowest-priced breakfast items start at $2.18, but the Grande burritos are $5.72 and up and the Breakfast Quesadilla is $5.11 or more. Lunch items at the low end, such as the Cheesy Roll Up, cost less. Breakfast hours are limited.
