Wendy's Meal Specials and Current Deals

The main deals now are the three Biggie tiers: Bites, Bag and Bundle. Breakfast bundles, app offers and one-day promos come and go around them. The old four-item bundle was folded into that lineup. Check the offers tab for your store, since participation varies.

The main wendy's meal deals today are the three Biggie Deals: $4 Biggie Bites, the $6 Biggie Bag and the $8 Biggie Bundle. Breakfast bundles, app offers and one-day promos come and go around them. This page explains what each deal includes, what happened to the 4 for $4, and how to check what your store is running. For everything else, see the full Wendy's menu.

Wendys Breakfast Deals: Biggie Bundles and Biscuit Combos

Wendy's breakfast bundle is a "pick two" deal: you choose two small items for one low price during breakfast hours. An earlier version let you mix and match from a short list of biscuits, small seasoned potatoes and hot coffee, with no substitutions and no use alongside a combo.

Breakfast bundles are time-limited by the clock as well. They run during breakfast hours only, and the cutoff differs by store, so an order placed late in the morning may no longer qualify. If you want a bundle, order early and check the time shown in the app.

That structure is the pattern to look for. The exact items, the price and whether the bundle is running at all depend on your restaurant, so confirm in the app before you plan around it. On a delivery app, the Breakfast Biggie Bundles listing starts at $4.22+, and that is a delivery price, not a counter price.

In the earlier version, biscuits, seasoned potatoes and coffee were the choices, so expect a similar short list. For what is on the morning menu, see breakfast items that qualify. For the bundle and bag items, see the Biggie Bag and Bundle page.

Biggie Deals Explained: $4 Biggie Bites, $6 Biggie Bag and $8 Biggie Bundle

The wendy's deal menu has three tiers, and each one gives you more food for a bit more money. All three are built from a short list of everyday items, so you mix and match instead of ordering a fixed combo.

  • $4 Biggie Bites: pick one item and then a second item. The first can be a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, a Jr. Cheeseburger, a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 4 PC Nuggs, Jr. Fries or a small soft drink. The second can be 4 PC Nuggs, Jr. Fries or a small soft drink. These cannot be upsized.
  • $6 Biggie Bag: one sandwich, 4 PC Nuggs, Jr. Fries and a small soft drink. The sandwich can be a Jr. Cheeseburger, a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or a Double Stack.
  • $8 Biggie Bundle: two sandwiches from that same list, plus Jr. Fries and a small soft drink.

Think of it as a ladder. Bites is for a snack or a light lunch. The Bag is a full small meal. The Bundle is the pick for two people or one hungry one.

The tiers start at lunch, not breakfast, and they run at participating U.S. restaurants. Mixing is allowed, so one order can include a Bag and a Bundle.

Here are a few builds to show how it works. For a light lunch, pick a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and 4 PC Nuggs in Bites. For a solo meal, take a Bag with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. For two people, take a Bundle with one Double Stack and one Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

How to Swap Items in a Biggie Bag or Bundle

Your swap options are the choices already listed in each tier. The sandwich in the Bag and the two sandwiches in the Bundle can be any of the four sandwiches, so you can order two different ones in a Bundle.

The one extra swap is the drink. In the Bag and Bundle, you can trade the small soft drink for a Frosty, though extra charges may apply. Bites does not allow upsizing.

Biggie Deals are not valid on combo meals, and individual items beyond the deal are charged at regular price. Customization charges can apply, so check the total before you confirm.

Wendy's Value Meal Choices at Lunch and Dinner

Meal deals at Wendy's now fall into three groups: the Biggie tiers, regular combos and Everyday Value items. Each one answers a different need.

Biggie Deals are the cheapest way to get a full meal. Combos give you a main item with fries and a drink at a higher price. Everyday Value items are the small, cheap single items, such as the Jr. Cheeseburger, that you can add on their own.

On a delivery app, the numbers show the gap. A Crispy Chicken Sandwich listing starts at $2.74+, while a Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo starts at $12.74+. Those are delivery-app "from" prices, but the spread between a single item and a combo is real at the counter too.

Pick Biggie Deals when you want the lowest total, a combo when you want a bigger main, and single value items when you only want a bite. Everyday Value items on a delivery app include the Jr. Hamburger from $1.99+, the Jr. Cheeseburger from $2.74+ and the Double Stack from $4.61+. The items on the value menu are listed on their own page.

Wendy's 4 for $4 Deal: Still Around or Replaced?

Wendy's own deals page no longer lists the 4 for $4. Wendy's describes the old deal as having evolved into the Biggie Deals lineup, so the Biggie tiers are the replacement. Some third-party pages still mention it, and a few stores may honor it, but the safest answer is that it was replaced.

The old 4 for $4 was a single bundle: a sandwich, 4-piece nuggets, small fries and a small drink for one price. The Biggie Bag is the closest match today, since it also packs a sandwich, 4 PC Nuggs, Jr. Fries and a small soft drink into one deal.

The price has moved too. The Bag is a $6 tier, not a $4 one. If you want a $4 deal today, Bites is the closest in price, but it gives you two items, not four.

Do not rely on an old coupon or a blog post. Check the app offers tab for your restaurant to see what is live. If the deal is not in the app and not on the menu board, it is not running at that store.

Wendy's 5 for 5 and Other Old Bundle Deals

People still search for the 5 for 5, 2 for $5 and 2 for $6 because those names stuck. None of them appear on the main deals page, so treat them as older deals.

Wendy's rotates bundles by store and by time. A deal you saw last month may not run this month, and a nearby location might run something different. The app is the only reliable check.

Wendys Frosty Deal Ideas: Key Tags, Rewards and Add-Ons

A Frosty deal usually comes from one of three places: the Frosty Key Tag, Wendy's Rewards or a swap inside a Biggie Bag or Bundle.

The Frosty Key Tag has been sold around the holidays for a few dollars. It has given a free Jr. Frosty with a purchase each visit at participating locations, with no mix-ins, swirls or toppings. Proceeds from past tags went to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Whether a tag is on sale now depends on the season.

Rewards can also pay for a Frosty. A small Frosty has been one of the lower-cost rewards, at 250 points, though the point costs can change. At 10 points per dollar, that works out to about $25 of spending, which is worth knowing before you count on it. The third route is the Frosty swap in the Bag and Bundle, which costs extra in some cases. Ask the crew or check the order screen before you pay. See Frosty flavors for what you can pick.

App and Rewards Offers on Nuggets and More

Wendy's Rewards gives you 10 points for every $1 you spend on food. Points come from ordering in the app, ordering online or scanning your Rewards QR code at the counter or pickup window.

You can redeem one reward and one offer per order, which means you cannot pile several coupons on a single purchase. Rewards have ranged from 200 to 900 points. Examples have included a small Frosty at 250 points, small fries at 300, 10 PC nuggets at 600, a Dave's Single at 700 and a Baconator at 900. Treat those as examples, since the list changes.

Points expire 365 days after you earn them, and rewards expire 30 days after you claim them. You have to buy something to earn points, so redeemed items, coupon discounts, taxes, fees and tips do not count.

App-only offers reward you for ordering through the app. They are often the best price on a single item, and they change often. If the offer you want is not in the app, it is not available to you.

Wendy's Chicken Nugget Deal for Rewards Members

The standard nugget deal for Rewards members is a sign-up offer. New members have been given 200 bonus points after a first purchase and an in-app offer for 10-piece Nuggets with a purchase.

Nuggets have also been the star of limited promotions, such as a "free nuggs" Wednesday offer that came with a purchase. Those offers change, so read the conditions in the app. For sizes and flavors, see nugget sizes and flavors.

Seasonal and Limited-Time Wendy's Offers

Wendy's food specials show up in short bursts. They include one-day offers, holiday promos and items launched with a free or discounted first order. These are built to be temporary, so look for them in the app instead of expecting them on the menu board.

The Cinnabon Pull-Apart is one example. When it launched, Wendy's gave it away free for one day during breakfast hours and ran delivery discounts for a short window afterward.

You can spot a limited-time offer by its end date and its fine print. Most say "participating locations" and "while supplies last," and many apply only to the first order.

Because these deals change, this page describes the patterns, not the dates. If you see one advertised, check the fine print for the end date and whether it works on delivery.

Wendy's Burger Deals and National Cheeseburger Day

The best-known burger offers follow the calendar. National Cheeseburger Day falls on September 18, and wendy's national cheeseburger day deals have usually been a one-cent or free burger with a purchase through the app. In past years the offer has been a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for a cent or a Dave's Single with any purchase.

Check the app a few days ahead for the current version, because the item and the conditions change from year to year. Outside of that day, burger savings usually come from the Biggie tiers, which let you choose a Jr. Cheeseburger, a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or a Double Stack. For the full lineup of burgers, see the burger lineup.

How to Find and Use Wendy's Deals Without Missing Out

Open the app, pick your restaurant and look at the offers tab first. Deals differ by location, so choose the store you plan to use before you look.

Mobile ordering tends to show the most current wendy's restaurant deals, and it also lets you check the price before you commit. Delivery is a separate case. Prices are usually higher through a delivery app, and some in-store offers do not apply at all. Wendy's also notes that prices may be higher in Alaska, California and Hawaii.

Here is a short checklist before you order:

  • Choose your restaurant in the app so you see its offers.
  • Read the fine print for the end date and for items that are excluded.
  • Compare the deal total with the same items ordered separately.
  • Check whether delivery changes the price.

If you are ordering at the counter, ask whether your store is running the deal you want. Participation is not universal. Compare any deal with the regular menu prices so you know you are saving money, and remember that deals do not stack.

Questions About Wendy's Deals

What are the current Biggie Deals at Wendy's?

The Biggie Deals are $4 Biggie Bites, the $6 Biggie Bag and the $8 Biggie Bundle. Bites gives you two items, the Bag gives you a sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink, and the Bundle gives you two sandwiches, fries and a drink. Prices vary by location.

Does Wendy's still have the 4 for $4 meal deal?

Wendy's own deals page no longer lists it. The company describes the 4 for $4 as having evolved into the Biggie Deals lineup. A few third-party pages still mention it, so confirm in the app before you count on it.

What is included in the $6 Biggie Bag?

The $6 Biggie Bag includes one sandwich, 4 PC Nuggs, Jr. Fries and a small soft drink. The sandwich is a Jr. Cheeseburger, a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or a Double Stack. You can swap the drink for a Frosty, with an extra charge possible.

Does Wendy's have breakfast deals?

Yes, at times. Wendy's has run breakfast bundles where you pick two small items, such as a biscuit and a hot coffee, for one price during breakfast hours. Whether one is running depends on your store, so check the app offers tab.

Can I swap a Frosty for the drink in a Biggie Bag?

Yes. In the Biggie Bag and Biggie Bundle, a Frosty can replace the small soft drink, though additional charges may apply. Biggie Bites cannot be upsized, so the swap applies only to the Bag and Bundle.

Are Wendy's deals the same at every location?

No. Wendy's specials vary by location. Participation, price and availability all depend on the restaurant, and prices tend to run higher in Alaska, California and Hawaii. Check the app for the restaurant you plan to visit.

Are deals the same on third-party delivery apps?

Usually not. Prices are higher through third-party delivery, and some in-store deals do not apply. Prices on a delivery app are delivery-app "from" prices, not counter prices. Use the Wendy's app to see the version you can order.

Can you combine two Wendy's deals in one order?

Often not. The Rewards program lets you redeem one reward and one offer per order, and the Biggie Deals are not valid on combo meals. Biggie tiers can be mixed in one order, so you can buy a Bag and a Bundle together.

Does Wendy's still have a 5 for 5 or 2 for $5 deal?

Not on the main deals page. Those names belong to older bundles that came and went. Some stores may run a similar bundle, but there is no guarantee, so check the app for what your restaurant offers.

How do I get a free nugget deal with Wendy's Rewards?

Join Wendy's Rewards, then look in the offers tab. New members have been given an in-app offer for 10-piece Nuggs with a purchase, and limited promotions sometimes add free nuggets with an order. Offers change often, so read the conditions.
